HNW Luxury Residential Property Progressor
£24,000 to £28,000 Basic (c£45,000 OTE)
We are excited to be partnering with one of the leading HNW residential property developers.
Based at their luxury high end development near Guildford, you’ll be someone who appreciates the expectations of potential and return purchasers. You’ll be excited to accompany them on their journey, to meet and exceed their new home expectations.
We are looking for a confident, driven and passionate individual, who has experience of customer journeys and exceeding expectations in a sales field.
You could be from a prestigious estate agency or luxury developer background, keen to take on a new challenge. You’ll be responsible for all aspects including managing the show home and rooms, promote the individual properties and discuss finishes - right down to discussing their individual bespoke gardens!
The role:
Assisting the customer through the purchasing journey of their new home and deliver 5* luxury customer service throughout.
You will represent the developer by being the face of the marketing suite.
To sell the dream home to lucky suiters.
Maintain the presentation of the show homes and design centre.
Conduct viewings of properties.
Build and develop relationships with clients.
Generate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activity.
