Are you the Marketing Executive we are looking for to join a really busy company in Wimbledon.?
We have a vacancy in a retail marketing team, where you’ll be involved in campaigns, production, print and implementation of point of sale, signage and in-store marketing communications activities.
Key activities:
Support with local store marketing initiatives and help secure a strong brand and competitive position in each local market
Drive and influence campaigns with the local markets in mind
Help with launch of in-store services and keep the local community informed about all the key services that each store can offer
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local BIDs, councils, shopping centres and charities
Be aware of local calendar of events and help support stores participation to increase footfall, conversion and brand awareness
Help with new range launches and local promotional campaigns including product demonstrations and customer engagement
Manage local reviews (i.e Google reviews) and escalate any issues to the relevant teams
Support local stores and keep “Google My Business” as up to date as possible, with a focus on latest campaigns and store offers
Be the point of contact for District Managers and store colleagues
Coordinate all bespoke store requests and help briefing new ideas to the retail marketing team and or directly to the studio team
Conduct campaign analysis at store level
Support stores with campaign launches and marketing collateral requests
Maintain multiple databases and systems
Contribute to the improving processes and efficiencies
Support Retail Marketing Manager with local marketing budget, measuring all marketing metrics, identifying cost efficiencies, monitoring and following up all marketing investments.
Influence social media and ecommerce teams with some store targeted digital marketing ideas
Help with the introduction and implementation of a CRM proposition with in-store events and continue to support active participation in the programme after launch
Work closely with key stakeholders including (Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Operations teams)
Keep on top of marketing critical paths and promotional calendars
Deal with store communication/requests (POS orders processing/tracking) on a daily basis
Help with campaign print production from a POS perspective and support the retail marketing team with general store communications
Conduct surveys, store compliance and competitive reviews on a regular basis and help influence future campaigns
Monitor the shared retail marketing inbox
Ad hoc marketing initiatives and projects as required
