Opportunity for a customer service focused individual
Individual who enjoys providing a high level and quality service
Previous experience of handling and providing resolutions to complaints and escalated queries
Lloyd Recruitment Services have a permanent opportunity available, to work for a recognised brand name to join their friendly and established customer service team.
With the ability to communicate confidently, the successful individual will investigate and respond to complaints received from customers, ensuring a satisfactory resolution is provided to both the individuals and business.
Experience:
Previous customer service and complaints experience
Proven track record of investigating incoming communications
Experience working in a regulated industry
The above opportunity could suit an individual who is looking to build on their current customer service experience within the Financial Services industry.
