Opportunity for a friendly and customer focused individual to join a growing business in the local area, where you will provide a high level of service to customers.
Discussing customer accounts, payments and agreements, you will be enthusiastic and keen to learn with a focus on providing a friendly service.
Duties:
Discussing customer accounts
Discussing agreements, payments and updating records
Sending documentation to customers
Negotiating payment plans
Experience:
Previous customer service experience, either from retail, telephones, contact centre
Confident and professional communicator
Able to learn new systems and fully IT proficient on MS Office
