- We are searching for individuals with previous customer service experience, to work for our client in an ongoing temporary opportunity.
Customer Service
** 3 – 6 month temporary contract ** Possible temp to perm opportunity **Return to the office – great team atmosphere and environment **
** £12 per hour **
Ideally we are looking for individuals who have already gained previous call centre and / or telephone experience, the successful individuals will be required to communicate to a high standard, providing first class support and service to clients and customers.
Duties:
First point of contact for inbound queries from customers
Handling up to 40 - 50 calls per day
Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
Responding to Web Chat
Responding to business emails
Handling escalated calls on occasions
Experience:
Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven
A passion for customer service
Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
