£20 - 25,000 Basic ~ Mon to Fri ~ 9.00-5.30pm ~ Product and Retail Discounts
Are you available for immediate employment in the Manchester M7 area.?
Do you have previous helpdesk / fault diagnosis experience from busy B2B team.?
Have you worked in a Provisioning support role before.?
Have you experience of working in a Telecoms / IT environment before?
The role:
You’ll be responsible for initial telephone support to our clients via fault diagnosis and resolution calls
Escalating queries and concerns to senior colleagues if outside of remit
Liaising with suppliers for parts / order statuses
Working with a wide range of products and services including Hosted Telephony (VoIP), Connectivity, UC, WLR
You’ll be able to bring the following skills to the team:
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
High attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
Accurately record all work-related information and accounts as applicable for the team
