Description
Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger individual to join their growing business.



Initially being offered on a three month contract the successful individual will be responsible for assisting and setting up their new paperless systems.



Immediate start.



Duties





  • Responsible for a very high volume of material / parts and supplier invoices


  • Experience working with Zero Rated VAT accounts


  • Using Sage and Excel


  • Manage statements / delivery notices


  • Month-end accounts run




Experience





  • Previous purchase ledger experience


  • Advanced Excel


  • Experience of using Sage


  • Experience of setting up a paperless system
