- Lloyd Recruitment Service are pleased to be working with a well-established company in the East Grinstead area who are seeking a Call Centre Administrator to join their team on a fulltime permanent basis.
Have you got a passion for customer service? Do you enjoy liaising with customers on the phone? Are you good at building rapport with customers? If so, then we'd love to hear from you!
Key duties:
Answering high levels of inbound calls, providing excellent customer service
Coordinate and diarise with existing clients for pre-planned services
Managing inboxes for all enquiries / following up customer requests
Working closely with the internal teams for current and aftersales enquires
Assisting with other departments, providing support when required
Other ad hoc administrative duties
Key skills:
Must have clear, confident, and professional telephone manner
Previous experience working in a call centre or handling high-volume of inbound calls (preferred)
Confident handling customer issues and escalating to the management team when required
Experience in an office-based environment (essential)
Attention to detail
Works well under pressure and able to work on own initiative
Team player
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Salary ranging from £18K - £20K depending on experience
Monday - Friday standard working hours
