- Customer Service Advisor – New Product Advisor
** £13-£15 per hour ** 3 month temporary contract **
Opportunity for a professional and focused individual to support our client on their new product launch.
Working on the most current anti-fraud product, you will respond to existing policy holders who wish to transfer to this new service.
The successful individual will need to be a professional and confident communicator, with excellent attention to detail. Ensuring relevant security checks have been completed and following all FCA guidelines.
Individuals with experience gained in pensions or a regulated environment would be an advantage.
Duties:
Contact customers wishing to transfer to the new anti-fraud product
First point of contact for queries
Taking customers through a thorough security process, to obtain information
Making outbound calls to customers to obtain information and respond to follow ups
Responding to business emails
Experience:
Confident, professional and clear telephone manner
Self-motivated and driven
A passion for customer service
Enjoy working in a high-volume telephone position
