- Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer - Part Time
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist our client, a local housing association in their search for a Neighbourhood Enforcement Officer.
The ideal candidate will have Up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and recent experience of working in a social housing environment. However we are also able to consider applications from Housing Officers with ASB experience.
This is a part time role working 21 hours per week; however some flexibility will be needed to attend out of hours meetings.
The Role;
Identify, develop and implement preventative measures and diversionary projects to reduce Anti-Social behaviour, tenancy fraud and subletting.
Ensure close work and referrals with relevant agencies to help residents to be supported and safeguarded.
Conducting interviews and witness statements, help preparing legal proceedings including acting as Court Witness
Pursue appropriate legal action including injunctions, possession orders etc.
