Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of an established, highly professional and reputed organisation that seeks experienced Contact Centre/Call Centre Customer Service professionals to join their expanding team.
Dealing with c. 50 – 80 inbound calls per day, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service. Full training provided. This is a pure customer service position; there are no sales or debt recovery involved!
The client seeks applications from candidates that have proven experience within a high volume, high standard contact/call centre environment.
The client performs both credit and criminal checks as part of their recruitment process.
