Description
Opportunity for experienced customer service individuals to join an established team. 



Working in a three - six month temporary assignment, you will provide a high level of support dealing with customer enquiries.



Duties:

 



  • Discussing agreements


  • Updating account information


  • Discussing payments and Direct Debits


  • Handling escalated queries when required




Experience:

 



  • Previous call centre / telephony experience


  • Confident, professional and friendly communicators


  • Excellent levels of attention to detail
