- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be recruiting again for one of our longest serving clients, a highly professional, well established FTSE250 financial services organisation that seek a Quality Assurance Analyst to join their Governance team, who are responsible for overseeing the quality assurance of all areas of the business by undertaking pre-defined tests, providing robust reporting and following through with actions to closure.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an analytically minded individual who has gained exposure to quality assurance or complaint handling within the financial services or insurance industries, and that is looking to build a long-term career within the compliance or risk arena.
The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for testing and improving on departmental controls by regular independent review of processes, ultimately protecting the business from risk materialising and provide continuous improvement for the customer journey.
Key responsibilities:
To test quality assurance activities across the business, ensuring quality standards are maintained to agreed levels and delivered on a timely basis
To provide evidence-based feedback to all relevant process owners on quality assurance activities, including identifying process improvements and training needs
To own production of appropriate MI on the quality assurance activity (individual and departmental) on a daily, weekly, monthly basis escalating any issues arising to senior management on a timely basis
Interacting with others at all levels across a client organisation, including senior-level executives
Maintenance of data processes and reports using excel
Making key recommendations of process improvements, including controls and MI support for key business areas
Able to provide commentary on all daily MI
Skills and experience required:
Whilst previous experience /exposure to quality assurance or complaint handling within the insurance or financial services industry is an essential requirement, the client will provide full training and continued support and is therefore open minded on the level of experience gained.
The successful candidate is likely to be of graduate calibre (preferred, not essential) and will be highly motivated in their desire to build their career within compliance or risk. They will be analytically minded, possesses an extremely keen eye for detail, the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure, and will be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and spoken communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are highly advantageous, as is any experience in the use of Tableau or Alteryx.
