Opportunity for a customer service focused individual
Individual who enjoys providing a high level and quality service
Previous experience of handling and providing resolutions to complaints and escalated queries

Experience:
Previous customer service and complaints experience
Proven track record of investigating incoming communications
Experience working in a regulated industry
