- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be supporting our client who are looking for an individual to join their team, to work in a 12 month fixed term contract opportunity.
Working in a friendly team you will be the first point of contact for any incoming queries from customers and external contacts, whilst ensuring all administrative duties are completed to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have gained previous inbound and outbound telephone experience, and be organised with high levels of attention to detail to ensure the onboarding of clients / customers is completed in relevant timescales.
Duties
Answering incoming calls from customers and external contacts
Making outbound calls to relevant parties to follow through with any queries / requesting further information / documentation
Onboarding of customers – obtaining relevant paperwork and documentation
Work to company timescales and deadlines
Experience
Previous customer service experience
Previous administrative experience
Excellent attention to detail / accuracy
Able to work to deadlines and targets
Able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment
