Do you have previous collections / credit control experience?
Do you have B2C experience?
Are you available immediately?
We have an urgent temporary requirement, to run until the end of March 2021, working for our client in their collections team.
Emphasis is on providing a high level of customer service, using your listening skills and understanding the individuals circumstances.
Experience:
Experience working in a consumer collections / credit control position
Ability to negotiate and discuss payment plans
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent written grammar / English
