- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare proud to be working with an award-winning agency in their search for a Digital Strategist.
Working very much as part of a dynamic team, you’ll be managing multiple clients directly, and creating an effective and direct link between all parties, including internal marketing teams and Client Services. Remaining the focal point for delivering strategy across all digital marketing platforms – principally paid search, paid social, programmatic and SEO.
You’ll be fully involved at all stages, including ownership of specific clients, understanding needs and difficulties being faced, and ensuring that the expectations of this leading agency’s clients are maintained at all stages.
From attending client meetings, to creating proposals and recommendations inline with budgets, target audiences and KPI’s this will be a fantastic opportunity.

Key Skills
A min of 2 years’ experience working within an integrated digital media role. Agency experience is preferable; however, we can consider candidates from client side with experience working within various biddable media channels.
Have demonstrable experience of planning and activating paid campaigns across digital media channels, specifically including paid social, search and programmatic.
An aptitude for communicating, negotiating and presenting to c-level decision makers.
A commercially focused, analytical, can-do approach.
A strong passion for all forms of digital advertising.
A sound understanding of bid management and analytical tools.
Advanced working knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint.
An excellent attitude and ability to perform under pressure, mixed with a friendly and positive outlook.
Be a comfortable and competent communicator, able to build strong relationships within the agency and externally with our clients and media partners.
Relishes the prospect of working across multiple accounts and platforms within a fast-paced agency environment.
