Temporary opportunity until the end of December 2020
We have an urgent requirement for our client, who is looking for individuals to join their customer service team.
Working as part of a team, you will be required to provide a friendly and professional service, whilst following regulations and processes.
Duties:
Answering incoming calls from business and consumers
Responding to any enquiries
Experience:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Fully IT proficient
Able to learn and follow processes
