- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently in search of a Customer Assistant to join a reputable and friendly company in the East Grinstead area
Duties:
Sending out quotes to customers
Dealing with customer enquiries via the telephone and email
Processing orders using the company computer system
Following up with customers after sales have been made
Dealing with walk-in customers
Specific Skills and experience:
Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service at all time and not afraid to go above and beyond for the customer
Have the ability to stay calm during busy periods and remain collected in pressurised situations
You must be organised with good time management skills
Previous experience of using company IT systems would be ideal – the ability to quickly learn new systems
You will be willing to work ad part of a team
This is a Monday – Friday role (No weekends)
NB: To be considered for this role you must have access to your own transport
Salary of £19K - £22K DOE
