Do you have previous customer service experience?
Are you self-motivated and enjoy providing a first class service?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently looking for experienced customer service professionals, who have gained previous call centre / customer service experience to work for our client based in the local area.
We are looking for individuals who have gained previous incoming call / call centre experience to support an ever growing business, and their clients.
You will join a busy, friendly and professional customer service team, where you will be required to provide a first-class service.
Self-motivated, you will enjoy working to targets, and looking to establish yourself within an organisation for the long-term.
Duties:
Discussing accounts and payments
Cancelling policies / agreements
Discussing payment issues
Responding to incoming calls and queries from both business and consumer customers
Taking responsibility for each call, ensuring full resolutions are provided
Sending e-mails / letters as requested
Experience:
Previous customer service / telephone experience / call centre
Excellent communication skills - is essential - you will be representing the businesses, and be required to build relationships with customers and clients of all types
A can-do attitude
Being a team player - working as part of a larger team
Due to the locations of our clients, it would beneficial for you to have your own mode transport
These roles will be require the successful individuals to work in the office, as well as having the facilities to work successful from home
