We have a number of opportunities to join an expanding department, where you’ll be handling confidential calls from members of the public on a variety of different subjects.
Being a 24/7 operation, they have a variety of different shifts - Monday to Friday as well as rolling 4 on 4 off (days and nights).
The role:
Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner
Asking questions to ensure that maximum information is gained from every call
Forwarding information to relevant third parties to be actioned
Handling confidential information
Processing information from website
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience gained in a customer services / call centre environment.
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls and to reassure distressed callers
Articulate, confident telephone manner
Ability to process information whilst retaining confidentiality
PC literate with the ability to learn new systems
They are moving to offices in Wallington early/mid-September but training may well be held in Godstone, so you’ll need to be a driver / car owner initially.
