- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare seeking a professional individual to join a globally recognised organisation in their search for a Test Lead on a permanent basis.
You’ll be responsible for managing, guiding and developing the potential of 4 individuals within the Test team across processes, activities and environments. Working closely with others, to deliver the changes to their systems and services within given timescales.
Test Management:
Maintaining strategy and best practice across the team
Driving and coordinating delivery to change status
Liaising with stakeholders and IT throughout planning and test management stages
Reporting on progress at all stages to maintain expectations
Raising of bugs or enhancements to support suppliers and internal teams
Developing and executing test plans and scrips
Ensuring delivery against relevant corporate Security and Regulatory requirements.
Environment Management:
Managing the availability of environments to support projects
Identify demand and impact on test environments across multiple projects and programmes
Maintain Release Schedule alongside operational and project teams
Coordinate all stages to come in on time, data synchronised and systems available when required
Organise test data to perform end to end solution testing when needed
Line Management:
Lead, manage and motivate a small team of 4, including 1-2-1’s and appraisals
Plan and allocate workloads
Be a continued presence for more complex technical queries for internal and external contacts and suppliers
Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to manage and develop a Test team through project life cycle
Experience of defining approaches and creating plans for functional/performance/security testing, validation of data migration, reports, batch jobs and end to end testing
Working knowledge of using Tricentis Tosca and Atlassian Jira would be advantageous
Exposure to working in a Regulated environment is preferred
