We have a number of opportunities to join an expanding department, where you’ll be handling confidential calls from members of the public on a variety of different subjects.
Due to the hours and location of the position (initially Godstone until Sep 2020, then Wallington), you will need to be a car driver / owner.
The role:
Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner
Asking questions to ensure that maximum information is gained from every call
Forwarding information to relevant third parties to be actioned
Handling confidential information
Processing information from website
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience of dealing with people on the telephone
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls and to reassure distressed callers
Articulate, confident telephone manner
Ability to process information whilst retaining confidentiality
PC literate with the ability to learn new systems
Shifts are required (but you’ll not be required to work weekends, so Saturdays and Sundays are still yours to enjoy!
Week 1 8am to 4.30pm
Week 2 12pm to 9.30pm
