Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with this expanding Ofcom registered telecoms company who are looking for a Telecoms Support Exec to join their team. They have trade agreements with all the major UK networks and carriers across a full range of products and services and have worked hard to build their product portfolio to ensure they are able to cater for their clients’ individual and business telecoms requirements.

This Telecoms Support / Sales Exec role is based at their Manchester Office and is a desk-based role.
The Role
As a member of the Telecoms Support team, you will be responsible for dealing with fault diagnosis and support for a wide range of products and services including lines, connectivity, WLR, CPS and Hosted Telephony (VoIP). The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards and provide excellent customer service and support. Provisioning is also a key part of this role.
They are looking for a dynamic Telecoms Support Exec who will find opportunities to up sell and cross sell additional products and service when liaising with customers.
Fault diagnosis and efficient management to resolution
Establish customer requirements and assess their needs through to implementation.
Escalating queries and concerns when necessary
Liaising with suppliers
Provisioning products and services
Up sell and cross sell additional products and services
Build long term relationships
Required Skills and Abilities:
Proven working experience within the telecoms industry in a sales or support role
Technical knowledge and understanding
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
A desire to work as part of a team to generate fresh and innovative ideas
Outstanding customer service skills
High attention to detail
Effective organisational and communication skills
Strong telephone manner
Hold all work-related information and materials confidential
Experience of support and/or sales in the Telecoms sector is paramount however additional training where necessary will be provided.
