Customer Service Advisor Part Time

Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working with our client, an independent charity, who are looking for individuals to join their friendly and busy team.

A permanent part-time position, the successful individual will be required to handle escalated and strictly confidential information, providing a professional service.

• 
  This position will require you to work Friday (5pm - 11pm).


• 
  Due to the hours and location of the position, you will need to be a car driver / owner


• 
  Based in Coulsdon, this role will require you to work in Wallington from September 2020

The role:

• 
  Handling a wide range of calls from members of the public, in a sensitive and tactful manner


• 
  Asking questions to ensure that maximum information is gained from every call


• 
  Forwarding information to relevant third parties to be actioned


• 
  Handling confidential information


• 
  Processing information from website

Skills and experience required:

• 
  Previous experience of dealing with people on the telephone


• 
  Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls and to reassure distressed callers


• 
  Articulate, confident telephone manner


• 
  Ability to process information whilst retaining confidentiality


• 
  PC literate with the ability to learn new systems
