- Lloyd Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a client based in Wallington with recruitment for an experienced Account Manager.
The role will involve:
Managing a portfolio of clients
Maintaining and developing new and existing client relationships
Providing a high quality service and high levels of customer satisfaction
Using the company CRM to record all actions
Contract renewals
Cross -selling additional services
Bringing in new sales leads
Responding to and following up on sales enquiries
Managing pricing and margins according to agreed targets
Communicating and negotiating with suppliers and maintaining relationships
Requirements:
Client account management experience
Strong relationship management skills at all levels
Strong negotiation skills
Highly commercially aware
Ability to resolve queries with clients and suppliers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
