Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a Senior Recruitment Administrator to join a client near Epsom, initially on an ongoing temporary basis, during a time of re-structuring.



Working in a small multi-skilled team and closely with the Regional Recruitment Manager, you’ll enable them to concentrate on more technical business areas needed currently, by being responsible for assisting and overseeing 2 Administrators who deal with the recruitment pack collations and compliance/onboarding aspects.



You’ll need to be experienced in all stages of in-house recruitment and especially on-boarding, from initial offer going out through to satisfactory stage for commencing in their exciting new job.



The team manage all employment contracts, DBS applications/processes and referencing, so it’ll be a very busy role. There are also a number of legacy cases that need to be pushed forward to completion, there is continued new cases to handle, so it’ll be a busy position, which will also require extensive Stakeholder liaison, to ensure that the Hiring Managers expectations and deadlines are also met.

Key skills required:





  • Confident liaising at all levels - new employees, colleagues and Stakeholders


  • Dealing with a variety of queries and enquiries that come into the department from internal and external sources


  • Confident telephone manner and ability to communicate professionally over email and written correspondence


  • Previous experience from a recruitment or HR environment


  • Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a requirement, and any experience of using HR specific databases would be extremely beneficial.
