- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with our client, an international organisation in the Epsom area, in their search for a Quality Operations Specialist to join initially on a 6 months contract.
The four key main areas you will be covering are Product / Quality Complaints Management, Logistics, Operating Procedures and Audits & Inspections - so it’ll be a very varied and interesting position, calling upon your abilities to multi task, and work in a highly regulated environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manage customer complaints related to product quality issues.
Communicating with local and regional stakeholders related to product quality
Compiling KPI figures for reporting services
Assist with overseeing the distribution centres and establish key contacts.
Provide a final check and review of product transportation documents before submission onwards
Support with internal Audits
Inform Quality Management of significant product quality complaints and any trends arising from the business areas
Experience and Skills
Customer service orientated
Able to work independently
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
Knowledge of the UK and EU legislation, guidelines and procedures relating to pharmaceutical sector would be highly beneficial
Able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and associates both within and external to the organization
Displays interpersonal, collaboration and facilitation skills
Previous experience in a GMP/GDP role in a regulated environment is valued
