Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be asked once again to work with a growing business based in Purley who are looking for an experienced Tele-Sales Account Manager to join their team.



Please note that the ideal candidate will be available to provide regular Saturday morning cover processing any telephone orders and helping any customers that call in that day.



Duties and Responsibilities



  • Account Manage and grow a portfolio of 500+ trade clients


  • Provide an excellent customer service experience covering quotes for products and assisting the customer with technical knowledge


  • Process sales orders and taking payments for both your existing customer base


  • Help with any customer service enquiries and resolving any delivery or replacement product issues that may arise from any of your customer base


  • Call out on monthly marketing campaigns designed to promote new products/existing products


  • Promote the website online ordering and the mobile app to your customer base


  • Ensure an outbound call rate of at least 10 hours a month, servicing, negotiating and developing your account base


  • Work with purchasing on any special orders or products required by your clients, ensuring the best profit margins are made


  • Undergo regular product and process training sessions to increase knowledge and awareness




Experience and Skills



  • Previous Account Manager experience is essential


  • A high level of initiative and ability to work independently


  • The ability to work and interact with client senior level staff, engineers and administrative staff


  • Commercial acumen (understanding profitability and costs)


  • Exceptional communication: both written and spoken.


  • Coordinate work flow with other team members


  • Able to analyse and interpret data rapidly and effectively to provide customer insight


  • Strong organisational and planning skills


  • A good level of IT competency
