- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist one of our newest clients in their search for a Service Administrator to join their small but very busy team based near Epsom.
The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience from a similar back ground. Working to tight deadlines you will have an impeccable eye for detail and the ability to prioritise your work load.
Duties will be varied, and will include the following tasks:
Answer department calls
Schedule engineer’s maintenance and call outs
Raise maintenance quotations and renewals
Process maintenance worksheets and raise recommendations quotations
Process callout worksheets and raise invoices and recommendation quotations
Raise Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), sub contract orders, invoices
Process engineer’s timesheets
Update engineers calendar holiday/overtime log
Amending and updating information on their in-house system (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
Update and submit callout rota to relevant colleagues
Cost engineers time to relevant contracts
Knowledge of the following systems would be advantageous however not essentials:
SharePoint
Dynamics 365
Sage Accounting Software
