Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to assist one of our longest standing client in the search for an experienced CRM Manager based within their prestigious offices near Dorking.



Based within the marketing team of this award winning organisation, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the strategic roadmap, development and maintenance of the CRM (Salesforce.com) platform, whilst overseeing the CRM team and platform responsibilities in-line with operational business plans and the corporate growth strategy.





  • Drive the creation and development of CRM product roadmap incorporating relevant Salesforce.com innovations and working closely with key stakeholders to support business objectives.


  • Ensure the strategy is aligned to sales and marketing plans of not only the UK side, but the USA and European office through regular communications.


  • Cross-function collaboration, particularly with Global Services to assist with both updates and integration to system and wider business applications.


  • Own the procurement buying process for any Salesforce.com applications.


  • Promote product enhancements to help deliver an exceptional sales and client experience, and ensuring a continual drive for productivity benefits for their people.




Candidates must require the following skills:





  • Strong understanding of market CRM practices and development


  • Proven track record of developing CRM strategies and gaining support from senior stakeholders


  • Ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation to drive results


  • Ability to think strategically, while being able to implement tactical plans


  • Relevant degree/professional qualification or equivalent industry experience


  • Proven strong technical and functional experience with Salesforce


  • Highly skilled in analysing business requirements


  • Ability to evaluate information and question appropriately


  • Presentation and report writing skills


  • Analytical skills to demonstrate measurable KPIs aligned to business objectives


  • Strong relationship building and communications skills essential


  • People management experience
