- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently seeking 2 x Data Entry Administrators to join a well-known company for initially a 6-month contract.
Working within the finance team, you’ll be responsible for validating and recording bank details, and you’ll also be following through on outstanding queries on bank details.
Key responsibilities:
Checking all bank details are available and entered correctly in the first instance on both banking and internal systems
Follow up on any outstanding/missing details required
Liaise and communicate with management and internal contacts of any incomplete accounts
Review and highlight any cancellations
Carry out mid and end of month reviews
Key Skills:
Microsoft Excel to intermediate level - able to use formulas and V LookUps
First class communication skills - both face to face, over the phone and email
Strong numeracy skills
Accurate recording and data entry skills to maintain errors to a minimum
