- Lloyd Recruitment Services, are partnering with a nationally recognised company, in their search for a Sales and Business Team Coordinator.
If you’re looking for a permanent position in a very busy environment, where no two days will be the same, this could be the role for you.
Key activities:
Coordinate diaries, travel arrangements and expenses to maximum effect
Supporting the payments and procurement processes
Manage arrangements for new joiners, movers and leavers, along with supporting the on-boarding process
Organise events
Assist with preparing reports and presentations
Provide overall assistance in the day to day running of the department support
Key skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt to a variety of audiences.
Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
Exceptional organisation and administration skills with an ability to prioritise workload
Proven experience in managing multiple teams
Strong collaboration and communication skills working with multiple Team Coordinators and Executive Assistants
Competent and confident in all Microsoft office programs, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Ability to multitask
Self-starter, able to take proactive ownership of assigned duties
Attention to detail across all tasks
