- Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare delighted to be asked to assist this local organisation in their search for an Office Administrator to join their small but incredibly friendly and down to earth team.
Working from their offices in Epsom Town Centre, you’ll be responsible for a range of administration tasks to help keep the office running smoothly.
We are seeking a genuine all-rounder, it’s a case of all hands-on deck when things need to be done, especially when it’s for a client.
This varied position will include the following tasks:
Being the first point of contact over the phone or face to face
Organising meetings and lunches
Updating presentation and meeting packs for the MD – Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Overseeing training documents and new starter arrangements
Office diary management – Microsoft Outlook
General office H&S
Helping out the accounts team with invoicing (QuickBooks) and monthly bill runs
Assisting clients with any queries
Heading up the Green Team activities for the office and suggesting improvements.
