- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be working in partnership with an expanding, industry recognised company, in their search for Trainee Domestic Appliance Engineers and Experienced Domestic Appliance Engineers.
You will be responsible for investigating and carrying out repairs on a range of white goods - continuing to ensure that the customer receives the first-class service expected from purchasing a leading brand product.
These roles call for you to be field based within your allocated geographical area within the M25. You’ll be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, tools and equipment as well as uniform and smart phone to allow you to manage your parts/orders, returns, technical info, paperwork and job completion updates. With the back-up of technical support team, you’ll be joining an expanding team of 40+
Key requirements:
Valid driving licence
Very good understanding of electric and electronic principles and ability to use in practice
Professional, reliable and friendly customer attitude
Desire to learn and achieve more skills – continual product, field and customer service training is provided, to keep you at the top of your game
Experience as either laundry, gas or refrigeration engineer will be a strong advantage
Able to work with a systematically & methodical approach to problem solving – keen to resolve tricky cases
Able to maintain a positive outlook and work productively in a pressurised environment
Trustworthy and comfortable working within homeowners’ premises.
Salary:
You’ll receive an excellent benefits package, and the realistic opportunity increase your basic salary with uncapped performance bonuses (£27-£41k is not unachievable), customer service bonus, 28 days holiday rising to 33 in line with service, induction and ongoing product training and genuine career progression opportunities.
