- Lloyd Recruitment is delighted to be supporting our client, an international organisation based in Sutton town centre, with recruitment for a Client Services Coordinator for a 12 month fixed term contract.
This is a busy role, involving:
- Being the first point of contact for business customers and suppliers
- Building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service
- Receiving and processing orders via telephone and email
- Preparing quotes
- Handling queries relating to orders
- Providing support to Account Managers
- Investigating and resolving queries
- Previous experience of dealing with business customers and/or suppliers
- Strong customer management skills
- Articulate with a professional telephone manner
- Highly numerate and literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- High level of attention to detail
