- Lloyd Recruitment Services are currently working with a growing company in the East Grinstead area who are currently looking for Contact Centre / Customer Service Agents to join their busy call centre.
Responsibilities:
To speak to customers on the phone and promote the company products and services
Undertake additional training in order to learn about new company products
Provide a high level of customer service
Escalating calls as and when required
Answer inbound customer calls
To assist other departments as and when required
Key skills required:
Previous experience of customer service ideally within a Call / Contact Centre environment
Some experience within an insurance environment is preferred but not essential
A clear, confident and professional telephone manner
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to adapt to new systems/change/procedures as required
Salary £21,200 plus company benefits
The call centre operates from 9am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 1pm on a Saturday – You will work a 35 hour week – shifts within these hours.
There is also the opportunity for overtime
