Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are absolutely delighted to have this fantastic opportunity to partner up with the amazing Pinarello brand, founded in 1952 in Italy – winners of 26 `Grand Tours’ and current partners of Team Sky. 

 

Recent investment has provided Pinarello with the exciting opportunity to grow the brand internationally, and we have a brand-new subsidiary company opening here in Epsom, Surrey.

 

With a respected professional from the industry at the helm, we are looking to grow the office and provide the highest levels of service expected by owners and admirers of the amazing range of Pinarello bikes.

 

Summary:

This role will be one of the most important in this new venture, as you’ll be responsible for reflecting the professional image of the company, whether it’s face to face, email or over the telephone.  You will be responsible for the efficient running of the office, under the day to day guidance of the Financial and Operations Manager, and supporting a small team as they grow.

 

Main Duties:


  • Being the face / point of contact for Pinarello here in the UK.


  • Greeting each and every call / visitor to the office, directing or assisting as necessary.


  • Receptionist duties will include receiving visitors, contractors, partner suppliers and retailers.


  • Maintain and update the company Outlook calendar of appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, holidays, etc...


  • Maintain office stationary supplies.


  • Provide support to meetings as required, including liaising with local hotels, restaurants and caterers.


  • Provide support for Events when required, namely invitations, hotel bookings and travel.


  • Support the Sales Team at Retailer Events.


  • Provide administration and diary support to the Managing Director.


 

Individual Requirements:


  • This person will be energetic and want to become passionate about the Pinarello brand.


  • You’ll be an excellent communicator – face to face, over the phone and in writing.


  • Keen and excited about working with a team of professionals in a dynamic.


  • Proven organisation skills and proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
