- Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with one of our Clients in the Milton Keynes area, to help recruit a self-motivated and tenacious Retail Assistant Manager.
Salary: Approx. £17,000 - £18,000 per annum + bonuses
Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm OR 10.00am to 6.00pm (rotated between yourself and Branch Manager)
Every Other Saturday 10.00am to 4.00pm = day off in lieu received in the week.
The successful candidate:
Previous retail experience - ideally at senior / assistant manager level.
Experience of managing customer expectations.
Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced demanding environment with minimal supervision.
Self-driven, passionate and committed to excel above expectations
Will possess previous sales experience.
Be flexible, willing to travel.
