Customer Support Advisor
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling a wide range of enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels. No two days are the same, and you'll be expected to manage everything from routine questions and administrative requests to more complex issues and complaints.
Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be responsible for building relationships, investigating concerns, providing updates, and ensuring all customer interactions are followed through to resolution.
This role requires a confident all-round communicator who can adapt their approach to different situations while delivering an excellent customer experience.
The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email, and digital channels. You'll provide timely solutions, investigate issues, and support customers throughout their journey while maintaining high service standards.
