We have a great opportunity for an experienced ER Advisor to join a new client.

You will provide advice and support to managers and employees on a range of employee relations matters, ensuring policies, procedures, and employment legislation are applied fairly and consistently across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in employee relations who enjoys building positive working relationships and supporting managers through a variety of people-related issues.

You will need:

• Previous experience in an HR or Employee Relations role.


• Good knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


• The ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.


• A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information.


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Minimum Criteria:

• CIPD Level 5 qualification minimum.


• Experience using HR information systems.


• Experience supporting employee relations casework in a fast-paced environment.
