Customer Service Team Members
Sutton
£12.71 p/hour
Weekly paid every Thursday
Mon-Fri
Paid holiday
Pension enrolment after 12 weeks
Our client is looking for between 3-5 individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.
The Individuals:
- Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Sutton
- Must have previous customer service experience
- Confident communicators both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
- Strong work ethic and a team player
The Role:
- Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
- Updating internal systems
- Escalating complaints to relevant departments
- Ongoing temporary position until 31st December 2026 currently
