Location: Southwark, London
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOE
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We’re working with a well‑established financial services business who are looking to appoint a Payouts & Settlements Coordinator to join their growing team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role sits within a regulated asset finance environment, supporting the accurate processing and settlement of finance agreements. You’ll work closely with underwriting, sales, governance and finance teams to ensure all payouts are completed accurately, compliantly, and within agreed timelines.
This opportunity is well suited to someone with previous experience in asset finance, lending, or a similar financial services operation, who enjoys working in a detail‑focused, process‑driven role.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with Underwriting and Sales teams to ensure business is processed accurately and in line with internal policies and deadlines
- Reviewing finance documentation, including rental profiles, rates, and commissions
- Ensuring all activity adheres to Governance and Compliance standards
- Administering a range of finance agreements via the in‑house platform
- Preparing and processing payments to suppliers, brokers, and customers
- Issuing customer welcome packs and managing direct debit mandates
- Allocating cash receipts and processing agreement settlements
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to support a smooth and compliant customer journey
The Ideal Individual
- Previous experience within asset finance, lending, or a regulated financial services environment
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with financial documentation
- Understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A collaborative team player with clear and professional communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced operational environment
