Sales Support Executive – Broker Support

Location: Southwark, London

Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOE

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We’re working with a well‑established financial services business seeking an experienced Sales Support Executive to join their Broker Support function on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This role supports brokers and internal sales teams in a regulated environment, managing the end to end administration of finance deals.

It is suited to someone who is comfortable working within financial services processes, compliance requirements and broker‑led sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing finance proposals through to completion and payout


• Acting as a key point of contact for brokers via phone and email


• Supporting Broker Development Managers and Sales teams to progress live deals


• Assisting with the structuring of more complex cases


• Conducting full KYC and customer due‑diligence checks


• Running quotes and ensuring funding requirements are met


• Preparing documentation in line with credit and compliance conditions


• Liaising with underwriting, governance, payouts and finance teams


• Maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory standards

Essential Experience

• Previous experience in a regulated financial services environment (e.g. asset finance, lending, banking, insurance, broker support or similar)


• Experience supporting sales teams or brokers with live business cases


• Understanding of compliance, KYC and documentation requirements


• Confidence handling multiple cases simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
