Kitchen Surveyor
- Basic: £28-32,000 basic + UNCAPPED commission OTE £70,000.00
- 3 stage commission structure (6-10% of net value sales)
- Full mobile business set-up: Laptop, Tablet, Phone and Mobile provided
- Car allowance (£200 p/mth) & business mileage
- Company car lease option
- Fuel Card
- Manage own diary – c2 days surveys (overnight accommodation / meal paid for if needed) – remainder of week WFH or HO in Surrey
- Clients throughout Southeast and central London – more enquiries coming in from Sussex, Hampshire and Kent
We are looking for someone with previous experience selling supplementary services to customers, to join an expanding Kitchen Surveying team of a very respected contractor, working throughout London & Home Counties.
Working on projects across new build, renovation, extension, refurbishment projects and working with the world’s leading furniture retailer in the world, they currently have in excess of 40 surveys a week booked and more coming in every day – so it’s a role that will keep you busy!
From carrying out the site survey, taking accurate measurements and documentation, costing to each individual customer’s needs, closing sales and to supporting the project planning. You’ll be happy to be the point of contact for the customer as well as the construction team through the early stages of their kitchen project.
Desired Skills and Knowledge:
- Previous experience of conducting home measures/surveys.
- Knowledge of kitchen installation and a basic understanding of general building.
- Knowledge of plan checking or error checking.
- Supplementary service enhancements including the ability to sell supplementary works I.E electrics, plumbing, tiling, decoration, flooring and such like.
With the client survey requests growing bigger every day, we need someone ready to hit the ground running, and start earning some serious commission.
