Salary: £45k - £55k DOE

Do you have a background in health, safety, and environmental management and are ready for your next challenge? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a large, dynamic organisation with operations across the UK and globally, where your focus will be on driving UK health and safety excellence.

You’ll provide expert H&S advice across multiple sites, influence safety culture, and help ensure every operation runs safely and efficiently.

Salary & Benefits:

• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm


• Annual Leave: 25 days plus bank holidays

Health & Safety Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Provide H&S and environmental advice across multi-site operations


• Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and risk controls


• Conduct site audits, risk assessments, and investigations


• Support fire safety, emergency planning, and contractor compliance


• Deliver training and guidance to teams and stakeholders

Health & Safety Advisor Essential Skills & Experience:

• Experience in multi-site H&S and environmental management


• NVQ Level 5 in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent


• IOSH Certified Member (minimum)


• Fire Risk Assessment qualification (BS 8674:2025 / SCQF Level 6)


• Strong analytical, influencing, and communication skills


• Ability and willingness to travel across UK sites (2/3  times a month)

Desirable:

• Food hygiene knowledge


• Environmental foundation qualification


• Nebosh Construction H&S Certificate


• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or leisure sectors
