Up to £40,000 (DOE)
Hybrid role – 2 days office / 3 from home once bedded into role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle end‑to‑end recruitment for a busy company based in Cardiff. You’ll be the point of contact for stakeholders and HR operations to manage their permanent and interim hiring needs, whilst continuing to deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist applicants, coordinate interviews, and support debriefs.
- Communicate outcomes promptly to candidates to ensure a positive experience.
- Prepare offer documentation and work closely with HR Operations.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce reports when needed.
- Manage advertising channels and relationships with recruitment agencies.
- Support continuous improvement of recruitment tools, systems, and processes.
- Successfully manage various projects throughout the year as they arise.
- Working within company policies and UK legislation
About You
- Internal recruiter or RPO recruiter background
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities – happy to challenge status quo
- Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment
- Confident sourcing directly using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative approach with strong stakeholder‑management skills.
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
