Lloyd Recruitment Services is recruiting Holiday Booking Assistants to start their careers in the travel industry.

- Starting salary £19,500, rising to £27,000 after completing the apprenticeship, with further potential £27k – £30k

Key responsibilities:
- Assist customers in booking their dream holidays with personalised recommendations
- Handle calls, emails, and social media enquiries with excellent service
- Promote travel products and ensure all bookings are accurate in the CRM system
- Resolve customer issues professionally
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team goals
Who we’re looking for:
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and organised
- Confident communicators, both written and verbal
- Level 4 English and Maths (or equivalent) for apprenticeship
Details:
- Full-time, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday, shifts 8:30am–6:00pm
- 12-month apprenticeship + 3-month assessment
