Working week: Tuesday to Saturday 9.00am – 5.00pm (Sunday and Monday weekend)
About the Role:
We are seeking a new colleague to join this highly regarded business, at their showroom located in central Reigate.
You’ll be joining a great team, keen to share their expertise with you.
Whilst it’d be great to have some retail / sales experience, it is more important to this business, that the person joining them possess natural communication and awareness of the need to be a professional face of the business at all times.
Sales could be face to face or over the phone, from new and repeat customers returning time and again. So you’ll need to be happy adapting your style to each customer, ensuring that from the initial enquiry to delivery of product, they receive the expected customer journey of this long-established business.
You’ll need to be proactive, confident and enthusiastic about helping customers find the right solutions, whilst also achieving personal and team targets to get those extra bonuses.
A genuine product and system training programme is available, and regularly reviewed in-line with new product launches and career progression for those wishing to take advantage of this supportive employer.
