Trainee Sales Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries
- Promote and sell products and services
- Generate leads and participate in campaign callouts
- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction
- Stay up to date on products, services, and pricing
What you will bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing, confident, and resilient
- Comfortable working toward targets
- Organised, IT literate, and self-motivated
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) desirable
- Skilled in influencing and handling objections
- Prior experience in a sales or target-driven environment (office or retail)
